World, Do You Know Your Creator?

The natural and the supernatural, separated into categories of science and faith since the times of Enlightenment, were not split apart in the ancient Near East worldview. Ancients believed that the gods were always active in the world in countless and often undetectable ways. The apostle Paul brought this into his dialogue with stoic and Epicurean philosophers at the Areopagus (Acts 17:22-31):

“In him we live and move and have our being,” (from Cretica, Epimenides, Creton poet, ca .600 BC)

“[It is with Zeus that every way has to do,] for we are also his offspring.” (from Phainomena, Aratus, Cilcian poet, 315-240 BC)

Psalm 104, a Hebrew Hymn of Creation with Parallels in Pharaoh Akhenaten’s Hymn, depicts ancient Israel’s cosmology. It may have been written during the times of David and Solomon. Its author is unknown, so let’s call him Naturalist Observer.

Naturalist Observer looked around at the known world at that time and ascribed its ordered functioning to God. He did so, apparently, with background knowledge of Genesis.

The psalm celebrates God’s creative function giving and care taking of the natural world. God is praised for creating a habitable world that continues day after day. Nature has a home to come home to, as God had promised.

As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night shall not cease. Gen. 8:22

Naturalist Observer has taken note of “the waters”, “the deep”, “springs”, “streams”, “the sea”. Water is contained and directed by God to function in support of life.

Water pours from the sky (vs.13) producing sustenance (vs. 14-16) within habitats of forest, valley and mountains (vs. 16-18)

Note: water is mentioned some 700 times in the Bible – from Genesis 1:2 (the earth was complete chaos, and darkness covered the face of the deep, while a wind from God swept over the face of the waters) to The Revelation of John 21:1 (no longer any sea, i.e., no more chaos, no more scary deep, no more fear of the unknown)

Verses 19-23 are about time. (For Jews, each 28-day lunar month started with a new moon. Each new day started at 6 o’clock each evening when the sun goes down.)

Naturalist Observer reflects with awe at the breadth of God’s works (vs, 24-26).

Naturalist Observer records (vs. 27-30) God’s involvement in the cycle of life. The breath of every living thing depends on God (vs. 29-30). (Note: death before the Fall.)

Naturalist Observer ends his mediation (vs. 31-35) by recounting some of the means God has used to have humankind focus on the purpose of His creation – a sacred place where God dwells with man.

Earthquakes and volcanoes (vs. 32), speak of God’s awesome power to disrupt things and thereby get people’s attention (Ps. 97:4). And once God has their attention, He gives them his terrifying-but-mediated presence and the means to live in his presence (Ex.19:18).  God, who touches the mountains and they smoke, is petitioned (Ps. 144:5-6) to come down, show His power, and put fear into the enemies of his people.

The wicked, as they ignore God and live according to their own ways – exchanging the natural for the unnatural (Rom. 1;18-32), bring disorder to what God called good or functioning as purposed. Naturalist Observer, having taken account of God’s ordered creation and knowing from history the disruption man’s wickedness brings to it, intreats God (vs. 35):

Let sinners be consumed from the earth,
    and let the wicked be no more

Here, Naturalist Observer appears to be thinking of Elijah, the prophets of Baal, and fire from heaven (1 Kings 18).

We would do well, as Naturalist Observer has done, to spend time observing our sacred bio-space and meditating on the work of God’s hands. I do this while walking.

We would do well not to polarize science and faith and make them adversarial, as both function in God’s ordered realm. At certain points, one may view science and faith in conflict. But that’s why study, reflection, and meditation are required – you don’t have all the information. Denying one and accepting the other says that you don’t think God has set up an ordered and functioning cosmos.

Kevin Sorbo stars in “Left Behind: Rise of The Antichrist” with the tagline, “What Happens After the Rapture?” “I think it’s perfect for the time we are living in right now. Masters of the Future, Masters of Faith

Klaus Schwab, the creepy front man for the World Economic Forum, opened the annual confab of the global cabal in Davos, Switzerland with a call to “master the future.”

“We couldn’t meet at a more challenging time. We are confronted with so many crises simultaneously. What does it mean to master the future?”

“I think, to have a platform where all stakeholders of global society are engaged. Governments, businesses, civil society, the young generation—and I could go on. I think is the first step to meet all the challenges.”

Challenges? Stakeholders? Resolutions?

The WEF Declares 2023 the Year of “Polycrisis”:

Regarding the “polycrisis,” the WEF assembled an extensive matrix of threats facing the world. The top five short-term risks were the “cost-of-living crisis, natural disasters and extreme weather, geo-economic confrontation, failure to mitigate climate change, and erosion of social cohesion and societal polarization. . . “the top four most severe risks over the next 10 years are all environmental.”

Note: except for Natural disasters and extreme weather (force majeure) the “unprecedented multiple crises” or “Polycrisis” mentioned above have all been manufactured by stakeholders to produce a certain outcome.

The extensive matrix of threats facing the world are media hyped. Fear mongering using disaster scenarios and the urgency to act – without a second thought – is found in media narratives. If it doesn’t bleed a crisis narrative, it doesn’t lead.

Natural disaster and calamity are given to us to remind mankind of its powerlessness, and to turn us aside from our arrogance. But that doesn’t deter the proud.

Here in America, inflation and the cost-of living crisis is a crisis the Biden regime created with its socialist green new deal along with the ruinous overspending by Congress (see the recent $1.7 trillion Omnibus Bill). Geo-economic confrontation (wars and rumors of wars?) occurs because greedy and pompous leaders see themselves as masters of the future. The climate change catastrophe is a manufactured crisis as was the COVID pandemic. Erosion of social cohesion and societal polarization –Marxists erode social cohesion; the WEF supports race relations antagonism and the fragmentation of society.

The WEF future peddlers and predators view all of the world as one that can be controlled – reset – and mastered. They plan to do all this by 2030.

So, many of the same people who created the havoc and hell on earth with the COVID planned-demic and talked “Build Back Better” will be the same people “cooperating” in a public-private way to “fix’ things for the future.

Davos 2023: Major institutions, corporations, billionaires and governments, along with the media, are actively consolidating forces to produce a “one power” world. To wit, the FBI has been “cooperating” with big tech to purge dissenting Americans the DOJ has labeled “conspiracy theory-driven domestic extremists” from public discourse. If you have listened to or read any of the WEF’s grandiose word-salad propaganda, you never come across a mention of God. The WEF, you see, is a humanist and materialist anti-Christ organization. It is not aligned with “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven”. Rather, it is aligned with” My kingdom come, My will be done, on across the earth as it is in my stake holdings.”

The Globalist Lord’s Prayer is a prayer for more wealth transfer. To wit, per Anthony Blinken, Secretary of State “a significant new security assistance package to help Ukraine” is in the works.

This package, which totals $2.5 billion, will bring total U.S. military assistance for Ukraine to an unprecedented approximately $27.5 billion since the beginning of the Administration. (Emphasis mine)

(Ukraine is not a U.S. ally. It’s a money laundering country. Ukraine’s border problem is Europe’s issue. Let Europe pay for guns and supplies. U.S., DO NOT escalate this fight. Nuclear war is on the table!)

“The theme of our meeting in Davos is cooperation in a fragmented world,” Klaus stated. In what the WEF calls the “Year of the Polycrisis,” Klaus declared that “economic, environmental, social, and geopolitical crises are converging and conflating, creating an extremely versatile and uncertain future.

The resolution of uncertainties is a very human concern. For the WEF and its Globalist cabal, resolution of uncertainties entails wealth transfers, complete digitization of life, monitoring every move, purchase, and association. We will eat and live as we are told. This will be our Orwellian future under the “masters of the future” unless we say “NO!” to their every incursion into our lives.

Perspective:

I cannot know individual motives. I can only base my opinion on messaging and methods and the obvious.

Let’s start here. The WEF has an underlying set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe. The WEF has a “global order” moral code to govern the conduct of human affairs. As you will learn, globalist morality will be compulsory.

Any institutionalized system that practices, with ardor and faith, a cause, principle, or system of beliefs and creates disciples is a religion. The WEF has obvious characteristics of a religion. (Even the godless have to believe in and worship something.)

The Global Order religion views the world through a materialist lens. Its practitioners employ a faith in means – the means to an end, as in seizing the means of production. Such is their communistic bent. They will take control of businesses for “the greater good”.

What we are witnessing now, via the WEF, is a “cooperative” takeover of businesses. But once the New World Order is fully established, those who think that they will remain in control of their businesses will find out that another, perhaps a DEI candidate, will be in charge. NWO party commissars will be in charge to teach party principles and party loyalty.

The Global Order religion will use everything in their stakeholder power to force a New World Order in our “hyper partisan, hyper polarized time”.

The Global Order religion is not a new way of thinking about and managing mankind and civilization. “Man is born free and everywhere he is in chains” is the opening sentence of Swiss philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s (1712–1778) essay The Social Contract.

Rousseau, like many since, assumed that man by nature is a free and innocent being. Man, he insisted, was born with the potential for goodness but civilization, with its envy, self-consciousness, and competition has made men bad. 

Fellow philosopher Voltaire charged Rousseau with primitivism, accusing him of wanting to make people go back and walk on all fours. One will find similar noble savage myths in the environmental movement’s talk of the Axial Age and the Dark Green religion (see Iain Proven’s Convenient Myths: The Axial Age, Dark Green Religion, and the World That Never Was)

When institutions are fixed, Rousseau believed, mankind will respond in positive social ways.

Today we hear of “systemic racism” and the need for “change we can believe in”,  “fundamental transformation” and a “Great Reset”. As more and more American institutions become aligned with the globalist collective, it will be out with the old and in with the new Global Order religion.

And with each transition we see the perverse irony in the WEF’s “rules-based order” and the consensus implied in The Social Contract of Rousseau:  man who is “born free”, is to take on the “chains” imposed by the institutions of the globalist collective for a better “future”. With each transition we see that globalist utopia means global dystopia.

For the Christian, the materialist view of the world is way too small and incomplete. Christians view the world through a much broader lens. The wide-angle lens includes both the physical world and, by the operation of faith, “the things that can’t be seen. After all, the things you can see are here today and gone tomorrow; but the things you can’t see are everlasting.”  (2 Cor. 4:18).

It is a down-to-earth view that includes man, not as an innocent being, but man as corrupted by sinful choices and yet redeemable because of Christ. It is a view that sees that the whole of creation is groaning as it waits for redemption. It is a elevated view that sees the Kingdom of God and the restoration of the cosmic order.

The Christian views the material world relation to the transcendent. For one example, read the poem God’s Grandeur by Gerard Manley Hopkins.

Faith, as described in Hebrews 1: 1-3, is the means to bolster our confidence about things we can’t see or see as puzzling reflections in glass (1 Cor. 13: 12). Faith is the means to see past, present and future in the hands of the One who is the same yesterday, today and forever.

With confidence bolstered we can move out from a dark cave-dwelling existence of disturbing shadows – the Shadowlands – and look ahead into the broad daylight and Reality. We faith it out as did Abraham:

“Off he went, not knowing where is going.” . . .  “He was looking ahead, you see, “to the city which has its foundations, the city of which God is the designer and builder”. (Heb. 11:8, 10).

Did Abraham really imagine a city such as that? We don’t know. We do know that tent-dweller Abraham who lived under a starry canopy had been promised descendants as many as the stars . . .. “the designer and builder” of all that is above would make sure of it.

Challenges? Stakeholders? Resolutions?

Christians deal with challenges not by making others do want we want as the WEF is proposing. We face challenges head on by faith. Read Hebrews 11. There, we read of people whose faith transcended the threat of pain and death by political mercenaries.

Christians are stakeholders in both the seen and unseen. We seek resolutions to a disordered cosmos. And so, we pray, we faith, we work. We pray, we faith, we work.  We pray, we faith, and we work every day.

Who holds the future? Not those called to “master the future” by the World Economic Forum. Masters of faith know Who holds the future and act accordingly.

Why were you and I born in this space and time? It was to know the grace and love of God in our times and to hold the world, the flesh and devil in check.

The imagination plays an important part in faith. It should be no surprise to a Christian that the media militates against imagination leading to faith. The media images and sounds are from a world moving in the direction of the NWO. The media constantly lies, telling us to deny what know to be true. The media is paid to do so.

Protestants have banished images from their religious practice. And yet they fill their lives with media images. Huh. How can faith take hold without a holy imagination?

What’s Our Digital Destiny?

A recent trip to a modern eatery has me wondering about our digital destiny.

Last Sunday I visited a “Test Kitchen” in my area. There, under a single roof, three separate kitchens offered three different low-priced menus. I had lots of choices, as shown on the order touch screen.

I poked out my choices and then “Checkout”. The screen told me to swipe or insert my credit card or use a mobile app to pay. I was taken aback. I came prepared to pay cash.

Not only was there no cash drawer, there was no human interface. Humans were scurrying around back in the kitchen filing orders. But I was forced to conduct business with a machine.

I understand the implications of hiring humans to deal with cash registers. There is the search for and interviewing of willing and able prospective employees. There is the decision to hire people who can add and subtract and think on their feet. There is the training of new hires to understand the system and to be customer friendly. There is the constant monitoring of the cash drawer for pilfering, and more. To those time-consuming aspects of hiring, add the cost of incentives, hourly salary, and benefits. Business sense would act to cut out the middle man – the counter person.

Outside forces also work to cut out human engagement. Idiotic COVID mandates created social distancing guidelines. Empathy was sold as hiding faces behind masks and staying away from people including your aged and dying parents.

Minimum wage laws increase the use of robots. (What’s next? Minimum employee laws with DEI hiring requirements? Governments can’t pilfer tax money from robots.)

My recent trip to a modern eatery was a trip to a vending machine. The machine took my order. The machine took my payment and the machine took my phone number so it could text me when my order was ready. How nice of the machine to do this!

The machine later texted me asking about my “recent experience”. The text contained radio button choices but no comment space for actual opinion.  I deleted the text. I didn’t want to be part of the machine’s feedback loop.

For me, human interface is enriching, and even when the person behind the counter has purple hair, nose and mouth jewelry, tattoos and an attitude. My attitude comes from following Jesus and reading about his interactions with people that included Samaritans, self-righteous types, and sinners.

A man-man interface is what I look for in a “recent experience” and not a man-machine interface. That is why I prefer eating at diners. There, at least, I’m part of a community and not just a node in a network.

Another “recent experience” left me concerned about our digital destiny. Last fall I received an email from the church I had been attending. The email asked for my opinion. It contained an online poll with, as I recall, over a hundred questions with radio button choices and some comment spaces.

The poll questions ranged from quality of pastoral care to aspects of ministries involving children, youth and adults to questions of homosexual involvement and whether political topics should be addressed from the pulpit.

I didn’t take the poll. My first thought was “Why did the three priests and vestry need to send out a poll to know the status of things in the church?”  Apparently, they didn’t know the status and didn’t know the people of the church or the mind of God for that matter.

And like the test kitchen text, I was asked to provide feedback about my “recent experience” into the system. Was this done to hone the church into an efficiently run operation and a satisfactory customer experience?

There was never any reason to keep me at data’s length. If anyone in that church wanted my opinion they could come up and ask me – face to face, just as Jesus did with his disciples: “Who do the crowds say that I am?” And then individually: “What about you? Who do you say that I am?” (Luke 9: 18-20)

And my understanding of the Christian church is a human-to-human engagement with the Living Lord and not a relationship with a business or corporation with bills to be paid and customers and stockholders to be mollified and handled.

Where am I going with all this? Honestly, I’m trying to be vigilant on my watch. I see the benefits of digital technology and I also see how digital technology can be used to condition, control and denigrate humanity. I see how digital technology polarizes just about everything including the user.

I am old enough to remember a time when digital devices were not around. There was no constant pinging and no bits and bytes clamoring for attention like carnival attractions. Vending machines were the man-machine interfaces. In 1964 I could put a dime into the machine for a bottle of pop. It was a simple hassle-free transaction. Buy anything today via digital means and one is constantly hounded to buy more and to provide feedback.

Back then, instead of a tracking device carried on my person that constantly wanted to sell me something there was a phone on the wall with a cord that limited its reach.

There was no need for a usernames and passwords. Friends used nick names.

Instead of logging onto web sites with two-pass authentication using purchased security software on a purchased laptop I walked to the library to check out books.

Instead of online banking I received paper statements that I used to reconcile my accounts.

Instead of social media I had neighborhood, school, and church friends. There was no façade of community that social media offers.

Instead of the internet of things I had books, games, LPs and 45s, a transistor radio, and lots for room for imagination. I can’t say that digital technology has improved my “recent experience” with regard to any of the above interests.

And, if the gov’t wanted to spy on me, they would send a couple of guys in overcoats and have them sit in a parked car across the street. And to monitor my phone calls, a wiretap order from a judge would be needed. In this digital age I’m not sure who is spying on me. Maybe the FBI and CIA are surveilling my every word and association.

Working as an engineer for most of my life, I understand how digital technology and the internet of things (IoT) supports engineering projects and a business’s bottom line. There are benefits galore. But the IoT doesn’t bolster my bottom line. Human connectivity, for me, is more desirable than being on a network with me as one of its nodes. Thankfully, that was my experience at work.

When I announced my retirement, managers and coworkers mentioned that they were grateful for my efforts and the time they spent working with me. Chirag, manager of the comms group I was part of, called me when he heard I was retiring. We had had many conversations on MS Teams regarding projects and some personal topics. We talked about my move to Indiana among other things.

During my call with Chirag, I said that he was the best manager I had worked with during my time with the company. I told him that he was personable and easy to talk to. He had listened to what I said and worked on solutions to issues I raised. I thanked him for my time working with him. I never felt managed. I felt engaged.

Chirag’s’ reply to my comments: “I treat people like humans.”

I’m not a sentimentalist. I don’t want to go back in time. But over time I have sensed a growing loss of the analog human-to-human interface for . . .. digital efficiency’s sake. Organic human connections are being disconnected. This loss is occurring not only in everyday transactions such as self-checkouts at stores but also in a politically determinative sense.

With increasing connectivity, I see digital communications acting to divide, isolate, and condition people “efficiently” for political ends. We saw this with the creation of digital vaccine credentials such as “VaxPass”. We see this with gaslighting bots on Twitter warping reality. We see this with the brainwashing, weaponization, hostilities, and persecutions that have come about as people share their thoughts on social media. More digital destruction is beaming our way.

5G towers are going up everywhere and with them, ways to monitor and manipulate the public. Janet Yellen, the worst Secretary of the Treasury ever, is working to do away with physical cash (and the corresponding human to human transactions). Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is coming and so is social credit scoring using smartphones and facial recognition software. Working on a digital chain gang will become a reality. Our digital destiny is the Inhumanity of Things.

Not All Roads Lead Home

In truth, all through the haunted forest there could be nothing more frightful than the figure of Goodman Brown.

Before the Technicolor fairy tale of a quartet of troubled characters trekking through a foreboding forest hoping to gain what they lack from the “great and powerful” Self-Gnosis (The Wizard of OZ), there is a tale of a young man taking a similar journey. And though there is no fear of “lions and tigers and bears” in this tale, there is “What if the devil himself should be at my very elbow!”.

It seems to me that both tales are about journeys into the dark side – the nocturnal forest – to look for an esoteric mystical experience that would supply what is missing. But unlike the “There’s no place like home” heartening ending of the OZ tale, we find in the second tale that those who covenant to journey into the forest and the deepest darkest part of it, come home disillusioned and faithless.

Often, especially in our youth, we begin to question the religious beliefs and worldviews of our families, of our mentors and of those around us. We see hypocrisy around us and despise it and yet become two-faced in our own sought out experiences wrought in the dark. We then begin to take on ambivalence about evil, giving ourselves the ‘grace’ to operate in both good and evil ways. Moral relativism is that form of grace.

We tell ourselves that there are people who are restrictive, conservative and Puritanical – “They don’t know me.”. We tell ourselves that we have become too worldly-wise to be like them: “I have Jesus. I’m above all that narrow-minded out-of-date conventionalism. I’m the progressive sort.” So, we journey into the dark forest, into the deepest darkest part of the forest, and think ourselves to be impervious to whatever lurks there. With each step we tell ourselves “I am only seeking understanding”.

We give ourselves permission to investigate the dark side. We say to ourselves “I will do it just one time. Why be left out?  Why not join the “communion of our race””? Thus, we journey into the night and encounter evil. And like Goodman Brown, in Nathaniel Hawthorne’s 1835 short story by the same name, we come home disillusioned, our faith destroyed.

Young Goodman Brown sets out one night to gain existential insight into good and evil. The story, set in 17th century Puritan New England, operates within the Puritan context of sin, grace and unconditional salvific election. I consider the tale an allegory, as it employs symbols starting with the names Goodman and Faith.

In the tale before us, Goodman Brown leaves his saintly wife Faith at the threshold of their home. She is wearing a pink ribbon on her cap. The pink ribbon, mentioned throughout, I read as a symbol of the admixture of purity (white) and sin (red). The color speaks to Goodman Brown’s spiritual understanding based on his Puritan beliefs and also to his rose-colored romance-based naiveté about the nature of evil.

“Poor little Faith!” thought he, for his heart smote him. “What a wretch am I to leave her on such an errand! She talks of dreams, too. Methought as she spoke there was trouble in her face, as if a dream had warned her what work is to be done tonight. But no, no; ‘t would kill her to think it. Well, she’s a blessed angel on earth; and after this one night I’ll cling to her skirts and follow her to heaven.”

With this excellent resolve for the future, Goodman Brown felt himself justified in making more haste on his present evil purpose. He had taken a dreary road, darkened by all the gloomiest trees of the forest, which barely stood aside to let the narrow path creep through, and closed immediately behind. It was all as lonely as could be; and there is this peculiarity in such a solitude, that the traveller knows not who may be concealed by the innumerable trunks and the thick boughs overhead; so that with lonely footsteps he may yet be passing through an unseen multitude.

As Goodman sets out, he does so under the cover of night and the cover of assumption: as a Puritan, Goodman Brown considers himself one of the elect. He carries with him a Puritan/Calvinist ‘good hands’ insurance card – the doctrine of predestination. He doesn’t leave home without it. And, as you read above, Goodman assumes that his association with the right people – his wife Faith in particular and the town’s good church folk in general – that he will follow them to the heavenly home. Goodman Brown goes out into the portentous night feeling safe and secure from all alarms. But his predetermined confidence quickly melts away as soon as he steps into the mysterious dark woods.

He had taken a dreary road, darkened by all the gloomiest trees of the forest, which barely stood aside to let the narrow path creep through, and closed immediately behind. It was all as lonely as could be; and there is this peculiarity in such a solitude, that the traveller knows not who may be concealed by the innumerable trunks and the thick boughs overhead; so that with lonely footsteps he may yet be passing through an unseen multitude.

Goodman’s first encounter in the woods is an old man who reminds him of his goodly grandfather. The old man appears to be waiting for Goodman. He says, “You are late, Goodman Brown.” Goodman replies “Faith kept me back awhile”.

Though the old man appears similar to Brown in many pedestrian ways the old man also appears to have “an indescribable air of one who knew the world”. And there’s something else Goodman notices and tries to explain away.

But the only thing about him that could be fixed upon as remarkable was his staff, which bore the likeness of a great black snake, so curiously wrought that it might almost be seen to twist and wriggle itself like a living serpent. This, of course, must have been an ocular deception, assisted by the uncertain light.

It is clear to the reader that the old man is the devil who is supported by the serpent staff, He does his best to entice Goodman Brown down the road to what is later called “the communion of your race” where he will learn of the “secret deeds” of his fellow townsfolk and see hypocrisy countenanced.

Goodman balks, claiming to be one of a breed of men who is above the riff-raff.

“Too far! too far!” exclaimed the goodman, unconsciously resuming his walk. “My father never went into the woods on such an errand, nor his father before him. We have been a race of honest men and good Christians since the days of the martyrs; and shall I be the first of the name of Brown that ever took this path and kept—”

Goodman’s journey away from faith is stop and go as wrestles with the temptation of going on. He encounters something he initially resists and uses the honor of his good name and of those before him as a reason to rethink things before giving on to going on. But, he doesn’t use his faith as a shield and so bends in to temptation. He continues his journey with the old man’s urging.

The old man tries to persuade Goodman to get up and continue. He does so by using Goodman’s own argument. The old man conjures up a kinship with men like Goodman. He lies about having personal knowledge and acquaintance of Goodman’s family. He then speaks of townsfolk – deacons and those in power – as personal references. He cajoles Goodman to continue their ‘association’ by journeying on.

Goodman Brown once considered himself impervious to all the devil’s wiles. After all he was one of the elect and associated with the right people. But each step he took in the wrong direction away from faith weakened his resolve. His compromises were reinforced by his inordinate curiosity. He continues his journey into the deepest darkest part of the forest and sees what the “communion of our race” so desires, “that the good shrank not from the wicked, nor were sinners abashed”.

There are several interpretations and critiques of the story. Some will say that Hawthorne is pointing out the hypocrisy of a society that prides itself on its high moral and civic standing and makes outcasts of those who do not live up to its standards. Other interpreters go out on a dark forest limb with their construal:

Modern critics have interpreted “Young Goodman Brown” in many ways. The story as a critique of society stands out to some. To psychologically inclined readers, Brown journeys into the psyche. The village represents the superego, whereas the forest and darkness become equivalents of the Freudian id. The entire story becomes a portrait of one human mind that discovers the usually suppressed and disquieting reality of animal instinct

The story’s symbols lend its meaning to a wide audience and to many interpretations. As you read it you will have your own takeaway. I consider it an allegory or parable about assumptions, hypocrisy and the lure of evil to pull one away from one’s home base of faith toward the “reality of animal instincts”.

The story doesn’t tell us Brown’s motives other than “present evil purpose” Conjecture would lead us to think that young Goodman Brown had become questioning about evil and the devil even though he lived surrounded by strict warnings against both in Puritan village. One gets the sense that Brown goes out by himself to just stick his nose in on evil for the sake of understanding the world he lives in and perhaps the fear of evil inculcated in him by his upbringing.

I have provided some of my take on Young Goodman Brown and some excerpts from the story with the hope that you will read the short story (it should take about fifteen minutes). I invite you to consider what road you are taking when you want to stick your nose in on evil. Consider where it leads and what you will encounter. And, where it will lead you. This road does not lead home.

We are told in Scripture to “test the spirits” so that we may know what is good and true and from God. That is not what is going on in Young Goodman Brown. Rather, this a young man who leaves faith behind and takes a walk on the wild side and ends up at a satanic ritual. His road did not lead back home to faith. It led to nihilism and despair and the resolve to no longer exist.

In truth, all through the haunted forest there could be nothing more frightful than the figure of Goodman Brown. On he flew among the black pines, brandishing his staff with frenzied gestures, now giving vent to an inspiration of horrid blasphemy, and now shouting forth such laughter as set all the echoes of the forest laughing like demons around him. The fiend in his own shape is less hideous than when he rages in the breast of man. Thus sped the demoniac on his course, until…

The World as It Shouldn’t Be

Michele’s words scared the heck out of me. They should have terrified every American who heard them. Michelle Obama, in a brief moment of candor, expressed in hopey-changey terms the radical transformation of life as we know it (as the high priests of Marxist social stratification and dialectical materialism dictate).

To bring about change that undoes all the worked-out good that has gone on before and which ignores the evil that such idol worship brings to bear on humanity, the pagan priests of the conflict theory idols work to invoke animus and segregation among people groups. Theirs’ is a religion of stratification struggle. Stratification struggle, they believe, will lead to revolution and revolution will lead to “the kind of future we all want desperately for our children”.

Using identity politics and divisive COVID and climate scientism, the priests of Marx-Baal-Gaia divide people into stratum of race, gender, sexuality, vaccination status, and climate crisis belief. You are considered an infidel and a “denier” if you do not bow and pray three times a day to the “right side of history” where these religious fanatics claim to be. For, they are waging an unholy war against western civilization and against humanity itself in the service of their idols.

Serving conflict theory idols, of course, benefits politicians, professors, and talking heads. Each group requires victims and a cause to save from oppressors. And, each group seeks the self-righteousness halos generated in the process. Most important for these pagan priests, though, is the power they believe is conferred onto them by the gods to force others into worship of their gods.

“It is not the truth of Marxism that explains the willingness of intellectuals to believe it, but the power that it confers on intellectuals, in their attempts to control the world. We certainly must not fuss about our borders being open to opportunists and felons and gangs and terrorists. We must never balk at the mass immigration flooding the job market and depressing the wages the lower class depends on – let them eat food stamps!

If you have ever gardened you know that stewardship of the garden matters.

Now that mask mandates are being discarded in blue states ahead of mid-term elections and the troll Anthony Fauci is back in his hole, and the COVID-political vortex is dying down, it is time for a State of the Stewardship accounting.

Exposed recently: piles of toxic waste – noble lies, half-truths, and flat-out lies – have been dumped into our lives. So-called stewards of science, media and capitalism have poisoned the soil of our lives and have done so with impunity.

A FOIA request by TheBlaze forced Pfizer to unmask documents it tried to keep hidden for 75 years. We learn from those documents that the Biden cartel took $1 billion of your tax dollars and paid, via HHS, nearly the entire corporate media to push the deadly vaccine, and hide its adverse effects.

In response to a FOIA request filed by TheBlaze, HHS revealed that it purchased advertising from major news networks including ABC, CBS, and NBC, as well as cable TV news stations Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC, legacy media publications including the New York Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post, digital media companies like BuzzFeed News and Newsmax, and hundreds of local newspapers and TV stations. These outlets were collectively responsible for publishing countless articles and video segments regarding the vaccine that were nearly uniformly positive about the vaccine in terms of both its efficacy and safety.

The propaganda was perpetrated by the national  COVID-19 Public Education Campaign which “aims to connect with Americans from a wide range of backgrounds. . . .to build confidence in vaccines, . . . Through a nationwide network of trusted messengers . . . The Campaign uses products . . . such as . . .Comprehensive vaccine confidence ads created for multiple platforms (radio, TV, social, digital, print, out-of-home”” to increase public confidence in and uptake of COVID-19 vaccines, . . .”

Just the other day I went through company training about cyber security. I learned the following:

Phishing is the act of sending email that falsely claims to be from a legitimate organization. This is usually combined with a threat or request for information: for example, that an account will close, a balance is due, or information is missing from an account. “Act first, think later!” And,

Vishing is a form of phishing using a telephone to the prospective victim.

So, based on these definitions and the above revelation . . .

Vaxxing as a form of phishing using media with its pretense of legitimacy to cajole and threaten its victims to “Vax first, think later!”

Evil stewards have manipulated, deceived, misled, scammed, and lied to us. We have been cajoled to accept things that are not true e.g., two weeks to flatten the curve; a one size fits all response is required for COVID; the vaccine is effective. Toxic waste has been dumped into the landscape with the effect of hurting and killing many.

Because of toxic stewardship, people who could have avoided the hospital and death were told by government authorities that readily available lifesaving therapeutics would not work. “Go home,” they were told, “and wait until things get bad before coming to the hospital”.

Because of wrong-headed and willful authoritarian stewardship, life has been turned upside. People have lost jobs. Businesses have closed. People, young people, have committed suicide. Parents and grandparents have died with no family by their bedside.

A recent TV PSA says that getting vaccinated means going back to normal. Implicit in that ad: you do not control normal. And, “normal” compared to what? Healthy soil or a landscape of contaminated soil?

Apparently, “normal” requires a controlled opposition. And, a controlled opposition requires a mediated atmosphere. Hence the masks, the mandates, and the media blitz of a COVID doomsday model over the past two years.

Hence the climate change doomsday model being marketed now to replace the COVID crisis. Again, “Act first, think later!”

Hence, the fascistic ideological programs that impose regulations on what we say, think, accept and live by:  DEI, CRT, ESG, LGBTQXYZism. A handful of people – who do not know you or care what you think and hold to be true- want to tell you how to steward your life.

Last fall, OSHA was demanding a list from companies of over one-hundred employees: who was vaccinated and who wasn’t and being tested. When I submitted my religious vaccine exemption document to my employer last fall, I asserted four exemptions:  from vaccines, masks, testing and being put on a list.

I had become aware prior to that time that ADP and other payroll services were offering to put vaccine status on pay statements. I did not want my vaccine status to be known and to later have it be considered an ESG-type “reputational risk”.)

Controlled opposition will come about through the takeover of your property. This will occur through digital technology that people have taken into their lives with abandon. How, you ask?

Stewards of the U.S. dollar are devaluing the dollar with printing-press dollars and, with terrible foreign policy, the dollar’s demise as the world’s reserve currency.  There is now talk of a central bank digital currency.

A cash-less digital currency means that you will become a slave and your property will be under the control of the fascistic One World system – do what they say ESG and otherwise or you will not have access to your accounts.

I remember the stewardship of the milquetoast Jimmy Carter (1977-1981). UGH. I remember the gas lines, the hapless foreign policy, Carter’s “Malaise Speech” and the misery contained in the misery index.

Jimmy Carter (D) quoted the misery index extensively during his 1976 Presidential campaign to unseat Ford, even though Ford actually presided over a declining Misery index. Carter, on the other hand, presided over an increasing misery index of his own, starting his term at 12.72% and increasing to levels well above Ford’s highs. Carter’s misery index peaked at 21.98% in June of 1980.  His misery index was still above 20% come November 1980, so Reagan (R) was able to use Carter’s own words and the misery index against him in the following election and make Carter a rare one-term President.(emphasis mine)

I remember the Jimmy Carter years because the misery being produced by the Kackle and Hide-n stewardship of the U.S. economy makes its so. Stewards of the U.S. economy have created the highest inflation since January 1982.

3-10-22: The gas station down the street has the price of regular gas at $4.59+/gal. During the last administration the cost of gas at the same station was around $2.29/gal.

Why does the Biden regime want to shut down U.S. oil and gas production and make the U.S. – you and me – dependent on foreign sources for both? Does it make any sense whatsoever to hamstring America energy production for climate change whims? Where is the discussion?

On his first illegitimate day in office, “lunch bucket” Joe signed an executive order to shut down the Keystone pipeline thereby choking off U.S. energy independence and eliminating over 10000 jobs. Did anyone hear a discussion about doing this? Was there talk about the intended and unintended consequences on the majority of Americans? Or, was this done to appease others?

Did Biden make this mindless decision so as to look good in the eyes of his globalist superiors and to throw a bone to a handful of climate and environment fanatics? Forcing everyone into EVs is insanity.

The 1.5 trillion dollars Omnibus bill is an orgy of spending. The U.S. does not have the money to spend. This bill is reckless and irresponsible stewardship of taxpayer money. The bill will add to the national debt and make future U.S. citizens globalist slaves to that debt. The stewards of appropriations in Congress are terrible money managers. They have disregarded their fiduciary responsibility to U.S. citizens.

The Left – Progressive democrats and many on the Right – want people to believe that they are the magnanimous ones. They offer you all kinds of goodies – single payer healthcare, student loan payoff, COVID stay at home money, and yadda yadda yadda – with all kinds of rights. It cost Progressives nothing to offer other people’s money and rights that effect the rights of others.

Look around. Consumer prices have risen 7.9% compared to last year. Commodity prices have increased. We are likely to see a recession in the third quarter of this year.

During the last administration, America was energy independent, inflation was low (see above) and misery was going away. “Orange man bad” stewardship of America was positive and life affirming. Under the Biden regime, the stewardship is reckless, careless and destructive. The Regime has no clue about the common man – there is a massive disconnect between us and the Progressive Left.

The virus is capable of reproducing itself and usually capable of causing great harm to files or other programs to many other networks. Some viruses use your information and some lock up your computer with ransomware. One is held hostage by the virus.

An open borders policy is an attack not only on your health of your own operating system, it is a pernicious attack on the sovereignty and operating system of a nation.

An open borders policy is not about helping refugees fleeing bad circumstances as advertised. An open borders policy is about corrupting America and holding it hostage for globalist purposes.

Politically bent unjust stewards (where is the justice if Americans are exposed to all kinds of injustice?) have put in place an open borders policy which leaves Americans unprotected and at the mercy of whoever and whatever comes in.

Americans, many of us, are generous fair-minded people. We welcome those immigrants who come in lawfully and want to assimilate. The open orders policy is not American. The current stewards -our ‘betters’ the intelligentsia – include university know-it-alls, Progressive politicians, Progressive Jesuits, globalists, members of the World Economic Forum, and their ilk. These would have us submit to the jab of cultural repudiation.

We are to forsake what we hold to be true and value including the garden stewardship commission given to us by God in Genesis. Without question we are to accept the jabs of their moral effluence. These stewards cultivate the same lie that’s been around since the garden: “Do this. It’s for your own good.”

And while the typical thing is for shrewd snake-like stewards to blame others for the bad and even horrific outcomes of their stewardship, we must see through their lies and hold these stewards legally and voter- wise accountable – politicians, office holders, the media, and church leaders. The Greater Good Soil

If you have ever gardened, you know that soil conditions matter.

Jesus, as recorded in the gospel of Mark chapter four, teaches a massive crowd as he stands on a boat just off shore. He speaks of the Sower and the seed. He uses the ordered functions of creation (cf. Genesis 1: 11-12; Ps. 104:14) to illustrate. The crowd hears of four scenarios for seed that is sown.

The first three scenarios: seed laying by the path is eaten by birds, seed on rocky soil springs up and withers away, and seed sown among the thorns is unable to grow and produce a harvest. The fourth scenario is of seed on good soil.

The good soil receives the seed and produces a harvest of varying increases up to one-hundred-fold. One could say that the outcome from the good soil is for the greater good. But, what about outcomes from the first three scenarios? We may get a hint from what happens next.

The evening of that same day, Jesus and the disciples sailed over the sea to the land of the Gerasene’s.

As they get out of their boats, they are immediately confronted by a man with an unclean spirit. He was emerging from a graveyard which is where he lived. No one had been able to restrain him, not even with chains. He’d often been bound with chains and shackles; but he tore up the chains and snapped the shackles. No one had the strength to tame him. On and on, night and day he shouted out from the graveyard and the hillside and slashed himself with stones. (Mk 5: 1-20)

A seed putting down roots into good soil, sprouts and grows and produces a harvest for the greater good. And a man who has put down roots in a graveyard, his humanity defaced by his choices to let evil in, produces shouts and screams and endless trouble for everyone. The contrast of outcomes illustrates that the soil of one’s life matters

For good soil, composition matters.

• Good soil tilth.
• Sufficient depth
• Proper levels of nutrients
• Good drainage
• Large populations of beneficial organisms
• Resistance to weeds and degradation
• Resilient when unfavorable conditions occur

Add to the good soil attributes above the humus of humility, a fertilized imagination and a desire to be cultivated. In other words: you have ears to ear, you see God working, and you work with God.

And, of course, good soil surrounds us. It has existed since the beginning of time. Good soil must be preserved and cared for. But the good soil of civilization is being threatened by Progressives and the advocates of the Build Back Better New World Order.

The acid-rain they produce will remove the life-producing minerals and nutrients found in good soil civilization. And then life will become arid, barren, desert-like and unsuitable for growth. We may find ourselves living in a graveyard shouting day and night and slashing ourselves with stones.

In the following video, English philosopher Roger Scruton (1944-2020) speaks from a humanities viewpoint about what civilization offers. Progressives will pooh-pooh what Scruton says. They are the high-minded with no root in themselves.

Now, add to good soil civilization the values of integrity, dignity and community. These three values were sown into the soil of my life during elementary school in Chicago during the fifties and sixties and by my parents and the church. These values were sown by the caretakers of good soil civilization. These days, it seems that the number of good caretakers is diminishing. Being thought of as a Progressive and avant-garde and “not-one-of-them” seems to be the fashion.

The Left champions itself as revolutionary in approach. Those on the Left assume they know all there is to know. They talk down to people. They produce 3rd grade level communications. They pay no attention to what the past has given us or what they will pass on to future generations. The present is theirs to rework the good soil in order to produce the crops of collectivist kitsch they so desire.

Progressives work to destroy the created order to impose their creation of disorder and dysfunction, e.g., males participating in women’s sports.

As a reminder . . .  So far under Joe Biden – a short list:

-Record Inflation.

-Mandates galore.

-Disaster in Afghanistan.

-Supply shortages.

-Russia invading Ukraine.

-USA a joke on the world stage.

Progressivism’s ideological weeds choke out the sun so that nothing can grow under its canopy. Hence, Progressive’s use of uncertainty and fear to produce ideological outcomes.

In the past two years there are those on the Left who have sown the good soil with dishonesty, disrespect, and division. Dr. Robert Malone voiced his concern about this during his Defeat the Mandates speech in Washington, D.C. He emphasized good soil civilization ethics:

“Integrity is a commitment to truth . . .”

“Dignity flows from respect for ourselves, for others and the world we live in “

“Community is what binds us together, to each other, and gives our lives purpose and meaning”

“. . . a commitment to truth . . . “ Good soil life and good soil civilization require truth.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote his essay Live Not by Lies while still living in the Soviet Union. The day after the text was released, he was exiled to the West. I have included a pdf copy of his essay below.

The Sands of Our Time

Just the other day I received a company-wide email. The email updated employees with the latest leadership changes, new business opportunities, employee highlights, COVID testing kit availability, and about a recent DEI meeting.

The DEI blurb included a video and PDF. Both items, titled Let’s Talk Pronouns! Common Mistakes & What To Do Instead, were used in the meeting.

Thank you to everyone who attended the first [    ] meeting in December. The featured topic for the meeting was pronouns. Participants discussed common mistakes and what how to avoid them, including examples of language to use when sharing your own pronouns, asking others about their pronouns, or correcting yourself if you’ve mistakenly used incorrect pronouns. Remember, when you take time to think about how others choose to be referenced and use their correct pronouns, you’re helping create an affirming workplace culture where all employees can feel fully seen, respected, and valued.

A couple of months before this DEI meeting an anonymous questionnaire was sent out asking opinions about bias. The responses, it stated, would be used to formulate DEI meeting topics. Here’s a couple of the questions and my responses:

Do you see bias in the company?

My response: “If you are looking for bias you will find it.”

What concerns about bias should DEI meetings address?

My response: “Why is [   ] turning the company over to children? (I should have added “Where are the adults?”) And with regard to bias, “Why not follow the Christian DEI understanding – Love your neighbor as yourself – instead of a Marxist program that separates people into disparate groups instead of unifying them?”

I should note that our company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiative started in 2021. This was after the company began an aggressive hiring campaign during the OSHA COVID vaccine mandate disaster. At least fifteen percent of over 2000 employees had submitted exemptions to the vaccine and testing mandate. (I was one of them.)

Many of the new hires came from universities where they had been indoctrinated into the DEI stream of consciousness. Thereof, I suspect, was the impetus for our company’s DEI initiative – providing a “safe space” in a corporate culture that new hires were led to believe was non-affirming, disrespecting and devaluing. Getting paid and acknowledged for doing quality work in an engineering community is not enough for the narcissistic.

(Isn’t abstracting one’s self with absurd pronouns (ze/zir/zirs and zhe/zher/zhers, etc.) much like the deconstruction and obscuring of the human form in a cubist painting? And, isn’t the current pronoun mania much like the current tattoo mania?)

Of course, what’s behind the DEI pronoun façade is not only the willful and arrogant perversion of language, but also the pronoun warriors desire for power and control. As I see it, the owners of the company effectively handed over control of the business to the government by complying with the OSHA mandate and by venturing into wonderland with DEI.

Would you spend your time talking about pronouns?

Would you describe what Disney produces as sublime?

Should M&M’s become inclusive and allow one of their own to identify as a Skittle.

Is the word “entertainment” in scripture?

Should we scrap everything and Build Back Better toward a “green prosperity” based on climate change hype?

Are you OK with The Great Reset forcing you to be part of their social experiment?

Are you OK with banks, the Federal reserve and elites bringing our country to economic collapse so as to Build Back Better?

Are you OK with the U.S. becoming a socialist hell-hole like Venezuela?

We know from nature that sand forms when rocks break down from weathering and eroding over thousands and even millions of years.  We know that cultural sand forms from the breaking down and erosion of longstanding truth. The culture of repudiation produces cultural sand almost overnight.

The rock crushers call themselves Progressives. They are dismissive of every aspect of our cultural capital, human nature and tradition. They rush in to create the negative, for they are nihilists. They are the jack hammers that leave nothing standing and reduce the rubble to dust and sand. They use diatribe chisels – “racist” “homophobe” “xenophobe” “racist”, “sexist”, and the like- to chip away at the bedrock of culture.

Many today sustain a quasi-religious belief in Progress. These build pronoun sand castles. These build sand castles of “hope and change” fundamental transformation and of Build Back Better. Sand pails are provided by The Great Reset elites who sit on the beach and watch them play.

You don’t need to be a civil engineer to know that rock and sand are two different footings. A wise builder makes sure the footing is stationary and stable. What’s the point of building if it isn’t?

Fools, reactionary fools, build their lives, their hopes, dreams, and future, on shifting sand. But all for a naught!

If I told you that there are bad actors who want to take over the world, you might shrug me off as someone who has watched too many James Bond movies. Well, the SPECTRE of something wicked this way comes.

There are movers and shakers toil and trouble makers who want to make a name for themselves and have a towering influence over you. The following (italicized) quotes are from the World Economic Forum Website

There is an urgent need for global stakeholders to cooperate in simultaneously managing the direct consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset initiative.

Who are the global stakeholders? They are not you or me. We are the ants in the WEF ant farm. The global stakeholders are those with the most influence – “top innovators, market shapers, disruptors, . . .”.

And from the WEF website: Forum Members are a key group of business stakeholders that engage in public-private cooperation with academics, government and civil society to improve the state of the world.

You and I will not be involved in global stakeholder top-down decision making. Those aligning themselves with the World Economic Forum do NOT care about Democracy, vox populi, and sovereign nations. The global stakeholders will ‘represent’ the working class with totalitarian dictatorship, political repression and eventually mass killing. You have to break eggs in order to improve the state of the world!

Are you OK with a group of godless elitists deciding what is fair, just and equitable? Are you OK with their free-floating morality that says “my body my choice” for abortions but not for vaccines, that bans travel from Africa but doesn’t ban COVID-carrying illegal immigrants traveling across the southern border, that says “you must wear a mask in restaurants” but I don’t have to when I eat at the French Laundry, that says your carbon footprint must be reduced but we use ours for the good of the world at COP26?

Are you OK with a one-size-fits-all-except-for elites vision for the world?

Consider that global stakeholders are forcing a narrative of a COVID crisis and a vaccine solution onto the world population. Sickness is profitable and health is not.

No. Saint Fauci is a global stakeholder in SWEFTRE. He wants you to focus all your attention on the globalist’s Big Pharma solution and learn to not think for yourself at all.

Consider that inept Pete Buttigieg, the Biden regime’s secretary of transportation and supply chain disrupter, is an example of the Peter Principle and Build Back Better. The cackling V.P. Kamala Harris, is another example. The Biden Build Back Better regime is rife with incompetence. And it appears that when you are incompetent you double down on “being right” and hope for a different outcome. This has been true of Democrat mayors and Governors.

Are you OK with a group of godless elitists deciding what is fair, just and equitable?

Do you want to repeat what collectivist/communist Russia, China and other godless totalitarian countries have done to its people in the name of fairness, justice and equity?

Does anyone think that by repeating the same evil over and over again that good will eventually be produced? Clearly, Progressives think this way.

It is the Progressives who are urgently needed by WEF to cooperate in managing the direct consequences of the (manufactured) COVID-19 crisis. They are the ones recruited to take part in world domination. WEF is using a template similar to that of Spectre: launch an international surveillance network to mastermind authoritarian control across the globe.

For purposes of this post, let’s call WEF’s “collective and collaborative” global fascist association SWEFTRE or Special Economic World Forum for Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion. Their mastermind is the “Strong Man” (See the Gospel of Mark 3:27).

For the life of me, I cannot understand why churches are embracing the mandates and going along the globalist narratives. Mandates are not law and, more importantly, no Christian should obey immoral and unjust laws. Just because the words “health” and “science” are used to predicate mandates do not make the mandates moral and just. No government entity shall tell me what to do with my body, the Temple of God.

And why are churches conforming to a Progressive worldview? Is it to look empathetic? Why did the psalmist write “Let sinners be consumed from the earth and the wicked be no more”? Does church leadership think that the “wicked” are a thing of the past? What is going on with the WEF and the Great Reset is wicked. It is the spirit of the anti-Christ.

And, why are churches not preparing congregations for what is coming? Why are they still telling Bible stories and building buildings and acting like if they just go along then things will go back to normal? There will be no more normal. The Science Has Settled

The foul stench of burning lithium batteries – thermal runaway – mingled with the rancid smell of decaying protein – rotting victims of spike protein injections – fills the air. The reek, still in my nostrils from yesterday’s walk, lays on my tongue as a putrid tasting film. The heavy odor of gases formed by decomposing batteries and humans attaches to everything. Another rotten egg day. One didn’t have to be a prophet to see these days would come. Two plus two equal four and man versus God equals 2030.

My basement apartment, packed with a six-year supply of food and water, and several cases of Zero candy bars, is a bunker. The street level windows are barred and painted over. My door is reinforced with steel plates. The tiny apartment quarters are safe and suffocating. Going outside was not safe but a bit of relief.

I put on an N95 mask to go outside. You had to. One couldn’t be sure of what was floating in the air. Destruction followed destruction in the name of Progress. The old had to be torn down to allow the new to rise from the ashes. That’s what OneChannelTV preached and people believe its gospel. The air is filled with all kinds of crap.

While mankind pinches its nose and turns to the TV to give them their tomorrows, I take long walks along Jemison Lake. The breeze off the lake wafts free. The wind blows where it wants to. I feel and hear and see its effects. Walking along the lake, I am reminded once again that I am a human living among the technology possessed.

Many humans gave up their feeling-seeing-hearing ghost to a 24/7 smartphone addiction. I saw it happen in 2020. People gave themselves over to a digital life and to a complete dependence on handheld machines. The Metaverse became their augmented reality encompassing relationships, work, shopping, and entertainment. They began to love their avatar as themselves.

In their quest for not-having-to-think autonomy, people became automatons. They learned from the XYZists that independent thought was dangerous. It was discouraged and censored as not being inclusive or as “racist” or not XYZ. Not thinking began to be believed as freedom from punishment-incurring ‘wrong’ thoughts. What you were to think came from a smartphone that you kept with you 24/7.

The XYZists were happy to give people their ‘freedom’ and to do the thinking for them. With the ruse of a public health crisis in 2020, they instituted a biotech process to reprogram the masses. They began with mandating DNA and RNA-modifying COVID vaccines.  They had their reasons for doing so – population control and remaking people into their godless image.

The XYZists and their minions hate people. That is why they are never happy or satisfied with the human race. They must redo creation. They must rid the earth of the excess and neutralize what is left behind.

Since the XYZists hate everything that doesn’t reflect their own words and thoughts, challenging them meant you were a “Supremist”. Not responding to them in kind meant you were “racist”. The XYZists had their own published style guide to be used in their presence. If they considered you to be a “supremist” or a “racist” or a “bigot”” or a “XYZistaphobe” then you would receive “social justice”. Force, aka mandates, is used against those who resist the XYZist societal transformation and the New World they espouse.

So, they began to use vaccines to cull a significant portion of the population and to modify those who survived. They used biotechnology to produce people that they might abide. And that meant turning those humans into Uh-huhs. The non-thinkarians quickly submitted to authoritarian XYZists out of fear for their WIFI streaming lives. The XYZists tell people what to fear and what not to fear. They use rollover-and-play-nice psyops to get people to comply.

These days I can never be sure if I am talking to the actual person or to an app controlling their thoughts. So, I test them: I say “Jesus is Lord”. If they look at me blankly, I know they have given themselves over to an app.

Ever since the latest burst of electromagnetic radiation – a sun burp or manmade the weekly public affairs program Mask the Nation wouldn’t say –it’s been Halloween. Mindless ghouls and zombies with vacant stares walk the streets. These had submitted to vaccines during the years of TransMandates.

The vaccine cocktails included modified RNA, Luciferase enzyme and graphene oxide nanoparticles -GONPs. Graphene is highly conductive and anxiolytic. So, the freakish and fuddled, who glow blue at night from the bioluminescent Luciferase, can’t find their way home and they don’t care. Their apps went haywire.

Following the vaccines, transcranial electromagnetic stimulation had been imposed on most of the world’s population. Brain chips were mandated by the Emergency Use Authority as a cure-all for mankind – as I said, the masses were viewed with fastidious disgust by XYZists. In the years following 2021, XYZists became members of the Central Life Oversight and Utilization Department or C.L.O.U.D.

TMS brain chips gave C.l.O.U.D. a read-write capability over neurons. The chips could probe and stimulate them. Democracy’s Last Hope Alliance, contracted by the EUA, monitors and modulates neuronal activity. Controlling the outcomes of the brain-chipped Appoids was the purview of DLHA and the EUA. After the EMP, they were working feverishly together to get their Appoids back inline again.

The G2G pass app implanted in Appoid brains told them where they could or could not go. Each Appoid was to check in with a smartphone photo during the day. But after EMPs things go bonkers sending the brain-chipped into spirals of confusion.  The DLHA and the EUA  rush to get new community organizing smartphones and new cats handed out.

The cats, you see, have been implanted with a camera, microphone and an app that reports back to DLHA the activities and conversations of the Appoids. But, the Catoids also go haywire after EMPs. The defective Catoids are scrapped and replaced by a DLHA C. A. T. unit – a Clean Account Transmission unit. I am not making this up.

The World Truth Federation, C.L.O.U.D.’s central committee, keeps tabs on everyone except for us Blanks. Me and a few of my close friends claimed the “Blanks” label when COVID Compliance Officer Heinrich B. Smersch called the unvaccinated “blankety-blank fools” on Mask the Nation. “Blanks” you see, are off the radar.

“Blanks” blend in. We move through crowds of Appoids without being noticed. We hide in plain sight. We don’t call attention to ourselves. On my way to the lake and to Joes, I stumble around with a mask on and with my eyes glazed over. I wear dirty smelly clothes like the Appoids. And since there are C.L.O.U.D cameras and UniForce police everywhere I have to be careful. As a “Blank” I have never submitted to “the science”.  I have to avoid getting close enough to a UniForce officer. He will scan me for Appoid status.

The ubiquitous presence of WTF surveillance is matched by the ubiquitous presence of souls that have converted to “the science”. Among these souls are the Appoid women of the Thought Temperance Union. They march down the street with signs that read “No Jab No Justice”. Their children, the ones who survived the vaccine’s miscarriage properties and survived abortions – their aborted fetal cells being used for vaccine testing and XYZist life-extension serums – panhandle for food money. And there is ever-present smell of death coming from “the science” converted.

On my way home, I stop at Grocer Joes – a black market supplier. I trade Joe two of my Zero bars for another night of hot plate Spam. I use Joe’s Faraday-caged Crypto ATM for transaction privacy. The People’s IRS began monitoring all transactions in 2022.

I finish up and put my crypto wallet back into my military grade Faraday bag. I tip my hat to Joe and sign “later” and “one”. I head to over to Last Chance Pizza.

Melanie is waiting for me. We go into a back room. Melanie signs “tonight” and “One”. I sign “Yes” and 6 Mil”. We hug and I head home.

6 Mil is the guy who lives across the hall from me. I gave him the name because he has so many bionic parts that he reminded me of the Six Million Dollar man. His brain chip was fried by solar storms. He didn’t opt for a new chip so he was fired from the UniForce. 6 Mil lets me in the back door and I invite him in for Spam.

Back in 2021, one would have thought that ministers and priests would have alerted their congregations to the evil that was being sown around them. But they kept giving their people the soy milk of the word.

Many of the faithful in 2021, who lived on a thin margin of faith, began to unload their faith. They didn’t have to imagine what would happen to them if they didn’t mask and vax up. So, they submitted to the authorities by calling it Biblical to do so. Their faith was easy pickings. The State swooped down and grabbed it up. These now attend Our Lady of Perpetual COVID.

There were those faithful who didn’t have much of a faith history to fall back on. They heard gospel things and spoke up, making all kinds of noise about the evil going on. But under public scrutiny they folded and bowed to the self-proclaimed gods of the State, rendering to them everything demanded of them.

There were those who fell in with Progressives. Their faith was quickly choked. For, Progressives have an overpowering bent toward social justice gospel.

Then there were the five. Those I am aware of “five”. We meet secretly, two or three at a time. How did I come across the others? More backstory is needed.

Ever since I turned sixty-nine in 2021 there has been a voice inside me that tells me to not resist and to just retreat. “Just go along and finish your life. Do what they say. Sit on your patio, smell the cut grass, feel the sun, look back on what you’ve accomplished, feel safe, don’t stress, forget about conflict.” But another voice is telling me “I go where I will. I’ll show you what needs to be done.”

In 2021 I was stirred by the second voice. I began to memorize Scripture. After I memorized The Gospel According to Mark, I started to go out to street corners and recite it out loud. I had to recite and walk so that I was wasn’t considered to be loitering. I continue to do this today.

In the afternoons I go out, take off my mask and recite the Gospel of Mark out loud. There are many in the streets right now who have lost their app connections because of the EMP. Some have refused to be reconnected and are looking for a way out. So, I am able to connect with souls and not just app personifications.

What you may find interesting is that when I am reciting the gospel out loud, the UniForce doesn’t notice me. Angels come between me and them so that the good news gets out.

Then there were five. Over the course of the past year four have begun to follow Christ. They are Joe, Melanie, Violet and 6 Mil. I have discipled each of them. Tonight, we are coming together for 6 Mil’s baptism.

We hold baptisms at Jemison Lake after midnight. We put blue glow sticks under out shirts to throw off the Uniforce and the surveillance drones. We use sign language until we are sure we are alone.

Since 2020, electronic gizmos have been implanted into brains and bloodstreams. Nature and society have been repackaged into a simulated environment. Virtual reality replaces realism. Life has become a bizarro graphic novel . . . except for a few minutes by the lake.
